Kava and depression/emptyness

kavadiet

Newbie
A couple of times I used kava I started to get really empty inside half depressed and a bit confused, maybe I drunk to much because I was very very tired.
Then I go to sleep and wake up with intense sweat like some kind of withdrawl symptome from overuse.
Do more people experience this ?

I use the strongest kava from bestfjijikava.com

I sometimes get some kinda small paranoia from kava. I don't know what it is, but it's weird. For some people, kava can unfortunately sometimes trigger something 'weird' in us. But trust me, every kava is different, so I suggest you find another kava. Different people reacts different to different substances - including different varieties of kava. (Wow, that was a lot of "different's":)).

The intense sweat you speak of when you wake up, could maybe be because of too much kava. Maybe you should lower the dose a bit.

Maybe try some from Hawaii - "Nene" is one of my favourites because it gives a calm and sedated buzz without any anxiety.

Even if it were youd have to be a regular user already. That'd a WD... the night sweats.... emptiness though no he wouldn't get that if they were mixed directly.

I got it specifically because I did feel empty and it just kinda brought it out . Not the combo itself

Maybe experiment with some other strains and see if it makes a difference. Are you on any other meds that might be having an interaction? If you are experiencing depression from whatever it is you are drinking I would stop, that can be a slippery slope.
