Kava Books

Anyone have any good recommendations for books/articles on kava?  I'm interested in the social/cultural aspect as well as the chemical processes.  I'm definitely not a chemist, but I think if it was a book geared at laymen I could make my way through it.

I'm just finishing "Kava: Medicine hunting in paradise". Its short, but a great read. Very informative.
