I really hope i dont need 4 tbs to feel it, anyone ever feel it with just 2-3 tablespoons?

I usually use two heaped tablespoons.

I really wish whoever has a scale would start posting weight in grams along side of how many tablespoons, when they fill out their reviews. I just found my digital scale, from a bygone era of my life, and am excited to see how much actually goes into a seasion

I often use a cup of powder these days, which is 16 tbsp. But not the rounded table spoon tablespoon that most people use. So probably about 8-10 of those. Which I guess is a lot compared to many, but then I filter ALL the root fiber out. Like, ALL.
