Kava makes life bareable

Dear Forum,

I just wanted to share somewhere out to the universe how grateful I am to the kava spirit. This world is sick, it's so many things. Every day, living in such a whirlwind of stress and talk talk talking. Trying to piece together the truth beneath it all. Trying to be free from the thought loops and worrying and just have a breath. Just to look up at the clouds and feel like a human again. Thank you kava for being that breath of air in dark and complicated times. And thank you all on this forum for sharing the wisdom about this gift of nature.

Kava is consolation.

Kava found me, when I most needed it, even though I didn't know I needed it, and only when I was ready. Kava is alive, loves us, and wants us to be well and do good things. Kava is a sacred gift. With kava I connect. Bula!

For me it’s been a healthy way to wind down at the end of the day. I’m working on tapering off K@, tough battle for me as I have some body pain issues that seem to plague me. However I recently discovered squanch and it is a huge muscle relaxer.

Glad to hear another positive testimony that’s directly attributed to Kava! Kava has helped me in many ways, even altering my mental clarity in a more positive light. Kava has allowed me to slow down and reflect on life itself, including what might seem like baggage accompanying it.

Regardless of whether you believe in a deity or karma or whatever, everything has a purpose. I’ve come to believe you truly do create your own reality. If you just focus on the negatives than that is all you will see in the world. There are many good things that happen but perception is ultimately what determines your reality/state of mind. If you can’t find the positive aspects than create them yourself as best as you can.
