Kava Pills to Help With RT?

Hey guys just ordered some Fu'u. I haven't drank any kava in maybe 5 months or so. I'm worried I may get hit with a little RT when I start drinking again. I was wondering if I could buy the cheap crappy kava pills from the nutrition store and take some of them to help with any RT I may have. I would rather run through an bottle of $8 pills as opposed to my $30 bag of kava lol. Any suggestion would be great. Thanks guys

I have gone a couple months without drinking kava and have found that I don't need to break through RT again. I wouldn't expect it to come back, and if it does, I would bet that you would break through much faster.

Tolerance decreases after initial RT with abstinence. Btw if you're taking kava pills, better take half the freaking bottle or its not gonna do crap for you. When I first got into kava I had a bottle of pills and I was popping like 15 at a time just for mild anxiety. Didn't hold a candle to real kava. When we consume real kava we consume grams of kavalactones.

I'll happily 3rd that. Complete utter waste of money in my opinion & ive tried quite a few diff brands & strengths.
