Maybe they have simplified it for the article but I'd be interested to know what cultivar they are going use or just generic Fijian Kava. It strikes me one end of the spectrum might be more effective than the other and they'd be missing a trick if they just tried something balanced. Guess it would prove the concept, just feels like they are over simplifying and very complex plant.
