kava root powder

just bought some kava root powder from Fiji from a local health food store. Any suggestions on how to prepare this?? Its ground so fine that it almost looks like instant kava. I don't think even a strainer would do much

Use some womens tights or stockings. It works much much better than nylon.

those will work even when the fine grade?? The guy at the store told me to just add it to warm water mix in around and drink it. But it defiantly does not dissolve like instant kava
