Kava taste help

So i tried kava a few months ago and i liked the effects both when lighter and stronger but the flavor i absolutely hate. I also dont like having to strain it. I was wondering if there were any products to try that have good effects but are quick to use and dont taste terrible

Best tasting varieties are those that originate from Hawaii. I don't exactly know why, but I assume the soil plays the biggest part of it (@Gourmet Hawaiian Kava may chime in here).

Instant kavas that taste not so bad:
Gourmet Hawaiian Kava - Moi
Gourmet Hawaiian Kava - Nene
Bula Kava House - Instant Green (Vanuatu in origin, but it's not half as bad as most kavas you have to prepare)

The best tasting kava out there, that I know of, would be Kalm with Kava's pre-made drinks and their Concentrate. They taste like fruit juice.

Do instant kavas have good effects?
I had tried waka waka from bula kava house and effects where good but i had to drink to much and the flavor was to much to stomach when i had to drink that much of it
And where can i get some of the fruit flavored ones? Also do those have any effect?

They have excellent effects. In fact I will always owe Mike (The owner of Kalm with Kava). His beverage was the only thing that helped my wife finally sleep and get some rest the day we put our puppy to sleep.

Sorry I've never had instant . But I would assume they're much better tasting and I've heard that alot!. I still just haven't gotten a bother to get some.

Awesome. So like 1 serving of the concentrate works good? I think I'm gonna try some of that and if it doesn't work too well for me I'll maybe try instant

Don't forget the kava candies, these are very tasty. But I would consider these special use only as they don't have the full range of effects that traditional prep or instant types have. That being said they do exactly what they are advertises for. They help you relax during stressful events.
The extracts are also nice. They can be a bit spicy for my wimpy mouth, but the taste is not bad. My wifu likes the extracts and I also use the kava candy in my coffee cold brew.

I'm new to kava and just went through two 100gm tins of BKH instant. I think they call it instant green. Well, it's an acquired taste definitely, but nowhere near the disgusting taste I was expecting. Smells kinda like fishfood to me. It numbs your mouth a little and tastes like earthy, rooty goodness. Honestly, I quite liked the taste. I think this might be a good introduction to the kava experience.

Well this isn't an official term, but I have an everyday kava and a special use kava. My every day kavas tend to be focused more on relaxing this body of mine, pain management and not so hard on the pocket. These tend to be kavas that have the chemotype starting with a 24... i.e. boroguru, borogu, etc.
Special use are ones that cost more but I can tailor their effect to my need. For example I will take a kava candy at work when the boss feels the need to mark his turf. Or Fiji loa on those nights I can sit back and enjoy a heady euphoric hour or two without my crazy but awesome kids around. Fiji loa has a chemotype 463... Moi is also a good heady kava...
