Kava: The Neverending Experiment

Based on what I read from newkies, vets, and my own experiences three weeks in, I have determined that kava is one big experiment that never ends. I bet Chris is in the forest looking for some crazy new strain right now because six or seven different kinds isn't good enough the Kava Prince. Today, I have run my 5K plus bike intervals. Let's see how Papa Kea goes at 1PM. I mixed it with Old Time Lemonade for old ghetto time's sake. I am very indifferent about daytime drinking. I am in search of a kava set up that allows for multitasking. I know that most people would warn a newcomer about papa kea but at the moment (RT), she's really the only girl at the party that will talk to me. It's just flirting but I will take what I can get on a Saturday.

Well said pacifico, well said. You have a way with words my good sir. I agree about kava being the never ending experiment. And as far as Papa kea in the daytime after your 5k; work hard, play hard ::winkeyz:: Please let us know how she treats you in the daytime.

Isn't it funny that to a child, running is playing and to an adult, running is working. I am determined to run 5K one Saturday after a papa kea session to establish true multitasking.

Now thats a task. While i do think it would help muscle tension in calfs etc, it might decrease your energy level depending on dose size. More importantly would dehydrate you 3x as quick while running. Im a big coffee drinker and i would fail to rehydrate before hitting the gym, instead id pour a fresh cup for drinking on the way. Although it gave me the energy i was looking for i would get severe muscle cramps that a bannana tree couldnt cure

I am very sure that I wouldn't be breaking any PR's that day. But what happens if the revolution goes down a the tail end of your kava session and you have to run three miles for your life? Will you be prepared?

Haha my tail end of a kava session = me sleeping. Otherwise, yes. Because if i ever have to run for my life, proper hydration isnt much of a priority. But if i ran 5k with bike intervals once a week or so, for purely exercise reasons, proper hydration would definetly be a priority.
