known interactions

Is there possibly a list out there of known medication interactions? I know it may be different from person to person but I would assume there are at least a few certain drugs that kava should not be mixed with.

This is the best we have to go on at the moment. Basically you don't want to combine them with medications that use certain enzymatic pathways.
