I can't stress this enough - I've tried everything on the market for dermo and nothing works like this - I think it's because dermo (properly: kava-induced ichthyosis) is caused by down-regulating the skin's secretion of sebum – and lanolin literally is the product of sebaceous glands – it absorbs into kava skin very easily and doesn’t seem to get washed off even after washing hands etc.
Hopefull this can help some people's stubbon patches of dermo - it's helped mine!
