so after a full week of drinking horsepiss micro kava from my local hippy shop and deciding that it was not worth the awful skin rashes it has provoked from my wife and i, i decided to treat myself to some gourmet awesome (it will be my birthday on the 24th). i just ordered a half pound of each of these medium grind delicacies: mo'i, mahakea, boroguru, and the ever-praised sir hanakapi ai. i'm dripping with anticipation. fingers crossed that i will be spending my birthday filled to the brim with new kava. i have only ever tried the mahakea so i'm really looking forward to broadening the ol' horizons.

I just received the Instant MOI and Mahakea from GHK, it's been almost two weeks since I ran out. The shipping takes a little longer than normal to arrive from Hawaii, but well worth the wait. Just had a Tablespoon of MOI and it's perfect. Downed half at first then sipped the rest over the next hour. Excellent anti-anxiety, heady, with a light buzz effect.

Have not tried the Hanakapi Ai, but I've tried the med grind Boroguru, Mahakea, and Mo'i. Mo'i is by far my favourite because I really enjoy the heady stuff, Mahakea was my second favourite. Boroguru was good but a little too sedating for me.

What part of the country are you in & how long does it take to get there? Just curious.... thnx ;p

Well, for example, I'm in Colorado, and I placed my most recent GHK order on June 4 at 11 pm, and received it on June 11 at 11 am. (I don't actually memorize this information in case you were wondering, just checked paypal records...). So basically 6 days from ordering. And that's been pretty typical at 5-7 days.

Weird...the 2 times I have ordered from GHK using paypal the packages were sent out 3 day I think?
Regardless I had them in hand within 4 days! That's very fast considering I'm way up in NH! :)
Maybe it depends on the package size and how they were shipped?

GHK always sends via 3-day for orders above a certain weight (>= 1 lb?). But there is usually some processing time before it is actually sent. I'm certainly not complaining.

GHK has taken anywhere from 6-14 days to get to me in Southern Ontario, Canada, the three times I ordered from him. It just depends on how nice and speedy customs is. It's totally worth it. The local vendor just can't compare.

My Ghk orders take about 6 days to get to me in Illinois. BUT, and this is a big butt, I ussually order on a Friday or sat.

tracking says i should be able to celebrate my birthday tomorrow! 4 half pound bags in my hands and completely naked except for the smile on my face and one of those cone shaped party hats
