Lets organize a global brand

KavaTea

Newbie
Hey everyone, new member here. My name is Ben and I'm an entrepreneur out of Dallas, TX. I've been pretty enthused with the idea of bringing a global product to market in the form of canned Kava Tea to be sold individually as well as 6/12 packs in convenience stores. I've been into Kava for about a year now and I think there could be huge market potential here with the proper branding. My goal is to find Kava enthusiast/specialist around the Globe but specially in key areas and form a "Master Mind Group" to attempt to turn this idea into something real. I would love to hear any thoughts you guys have on the subject and get this ball rolling. Thank you

Hi Ben, and welcome to Kava Forums.
At what stage are you in this project? Do you have a product yet, or a proof of concept? Have you managed to make a shelf-stable kava? Have you registered a business? Do you have investors?
There are lots of great minds here, but it's hard for people to make suggestions about how to proceed without knowing where you're at today.

Right off the bat, I'll say you need to drop "tea". Kava is the name of the beverage. Calling it kava tea would be like referring to coffee as coffee tea :)

Unless you only chose to market it i USA and some few other countries where kava is legal to market. With a few exception its not legal to sell kava as food. It's a waste of time to spend energy on branding if the product is not legal to market.
