First off a little background on me:
I was diagnosed with GAD and severe panic disorder 6 years ago. I have struggled with social anxiety ever since I hit puberty. I have been off and on several prescription medications with limited success. I have never been able to enjoy social settings without a strong dose of benzodiazepines.

This kava is a god send. I have never felt so comfortable in my own shoes. The ability to interact with people feels second nature. My wife was baffled at my sudden change in mood. I didn't notice, but she said I have had a great smile on my face for the past few weeks (not even a creeper zombie smile). It is so easy to laugh after a few bowls of this magic root.

Chris from GHK has been very prompt and professional. This guy and his product are the real deal folks. I am excited to try all of his products. I just ordered some boroguru to see if I can melt this muscle tension and I will be set.

Well first off, Welcome to the Forum! Second, nice review. I have noticed that Kava can turn me into quite the social butterfly when attending events that I really don't want to attend. It's way better than getting drunk and making a fool of myself.

It's true. Alcohol starts to feel like a poor option when there's kava on hand.

Thanks for the warm welcome Deleted User01. I really like the way reviews are designed here. This is the most useful forum and source of information on kava I could find on the web. I would still be popping "pure" kava capsules from Amazon if it weren't for this great community.
