Medium ground to Instant conversion

hello, I just receive some GHK Moi medium ground. I normally buy instant and use about 1 tablespoon per sitting.

Does anyone have any conversion to what that would be for the Medium ground? I’m assuming the medium ground needs to be filtered so I’d have to use more. Thanks!

Try starting out with 2 tablespoons, and up it from there as needed. You do have to put it through a nut milk bag, ideally 75 micron.
