Micronized KWK

I got some Samoa Ava Micronized.

How do you guys personally mix this, to drink as little as possible. Sometimes I can't stomach ot

You should consider buy medium grind next time.
Or if you wish to stick to instant kava. Buy dehydrated kava.

If your looking to drink as little as possible make sure you're drinking it on a relatively empty stomach.

I do have medium grind, but a lot of the times I prefer the quick option of Micronized.

I'm not a huge fan of micronized myself. I did find out about a product recently called, "Blate Papes" that might be useful to you?
