More or Less?

Will I know when I'm through RT, or will the changes be subtle? Also, will more kava get you there more quickly? Changed my dose last night from one Tbs. to two Tbs. I felt sick and could not fall asleep. I've been changing strains to see the different effects. Last night I used nene micronized. I used it the night before at one Tbs. Felt fine. The kava sample pack was from GHK. I only have moi to try. Also, sent for Ono, medium grind, suggested to me from Cactus Kava. I use the kava in the evening. Try to have either candies, or kava kalm drink during the day to get more kavalactones. Thanks for your patience!

The Ono from cactus is a really nice day time kava, at small doses it's similar to candies. Definitley no heavy ness their

i cant speak for getting through reverse tolerance as i didnt have it. however what i can say about the first time i had quality kava and not some crappy pills is that....you will indeed know

oh and by no means is this cost effective but my favorite kava session was a time that i downed a 10 oz bottle of the kalm concentrate. it was amazing

You will know.

It's not all just dirty water that makes you feel kinda tired and blah. How long that goes on is subject to body chemistry.

Stick with noble stuff from good vendors and you'll eventually get there. I had my doubts for two weeks before it finally kicked in.

For some people it takes some work to get through Revers Tolerance. For others they get hit like a truck day one. What @Steve Mariotti you'll know when it happens though.
