Most sedating kava

Greetings ,

This is my first post.... I was wondering what the most sedating Kava is out there.  I have a really hard time sleeping. Like 2 hours a night, and i just can't fall asleep... I have tried the extracts available at Whole Foods..... Super weak....  I have a 1/2 pound of Hawaiian coming from  paradise kava.  But they are quite expensive... Can someone point me in the right direction please....

Also tudei from KBR or Isa from paradise, maybe chiefs from N@H as well. Your basically just going to want to find something with high DHM as that tends to be the most sedating.

boroguru from definately makes me the sleepiest of all ive tried so far. sometimes chiefs gets me to stimulated to sleep. also you wanna drink a while before bedtime. at least i get more sleepy on the tail end of my krunk.

Boroguru from BKH mixed with Vanuatu Isa/Tudei from KBR is my "go to" kava for when I'd like to fall into a 10 hour comatose.

Does anyone know directly how BKH Boroguru compares with Borugu from here http://www.justpacifictrading.com/Borogu-Kava.php (the latter is my staple everyday kava)?

i do know that the borogu from bkh is much more mild than their boroguru. it is still good but definitely not as effective for me.
