Most stimulating and low anxiety? (and not outrageously expensive - i.e. Bula)

I just got a kilo of boroguru from bula ,which is great (my first use of kava besides the useless pills), but I am looking for something that will keep me from falling asleep and if possible is low anxiety.

^^^^ I second the Tongan Pride suggestion, that stuff sounds exactly like what you want. Good clean stimulating kava with a great reduction of anxiety. Good party kava, too.

Alright thanks, I am planning on introducing some of my college buddies to it when I visit them in March so it's good to know this is also a good party kava. When I can find the nerve to spend some money on kava again I'm definitely going to get Tongan Pride. Thank you guys very much.

If you like ordering from Bula Kava House give Borogu a try. Despite the similarity in name to Boroguru the effect is quite different. Stimulating in a comfortable, well balanced way. That's why we call it a "party kava".

I was going to suggest the BKH Borogu too. It didn't make me fall asleep and put me in a really great mood. I chose it instead of Boroguru for my first purchase specifically because I wanted something strong but was was afraid that the Boroguru would be too much of a sedative.



But I'm gonna have to try out that Tongan Pride...

Borogu and Tongan Pride? I have and they're both great. The Tongan Pride is much more 'up' than Borogu though, as I can fall asleep on Borogu with ease. If I drink Tongan Pride I had better not be planning on sleeping any time soon, that stuff just peps me up. The Borogu is much more euphoric than the Tongan, which is primarily relaxing on the muscles and anxiety where Borogu gives you a nice pep and makes everything feel just dandy.



Overall they are similar 'party kavas' and whichever one you choose I'm sure you'll be happy with.

I think I am going to buy a pound of Tongan Pride and a pound of Vanuatu 3. I got intoxicated on boroguru last night and it was too much like getting drunk for my liking , but it felt like my head had about 5 beers and my body had 8 and it definitely had less impairment on judgment than alcohol would. but it mixed with other things much better than alcohol.

oooo good choice with the Van3 I miss that stuff. Might have to go for a pound here soon, that would have to be one of my all time favorite kavas.

Was not heavy on the stomach, nice light kava. Mild almost kind of creamy-peppery flavor, easy to get down. Very potent on the muscles a great mood lifter. Great kava to come home to after a long day
