My credit card keeps getting rejected because address does not match

I have tried to order from Fiji Vanu and my payment keeps getting rejected because address does not match.

I even tried a different card and same issue

I have not had any issues with other sites

is there a problem with credit card payments (Mastercard) from the Fiji Vanu website?
