Hi their, Just got some Nabwan. Yesterday though my usual 1tbs in about 2 cups of water. That left gave me wobbly eyes and burly queezyness. I quickly deicided to have some water and pepto then lie down and take a nap.
Now for some questions startingabout: What the heck went wrong? oO That aint normal nor good!
So
First the big breakfast: As far as you guys know it's not something like oh this is 'about to expire and we don't know if it's good or bad set of bags' [happens with other plants vegitables so I don't see a reason that can't happen with Kava it's a plant]

As far as you know it's not being processed and dried in some new way?

Or on a much positive side:
Is it simply fresher and or simply a bit (lot?) stronger?

Just trying to solve a puzzle of what the heck went south so as I avoid what ever mist-steps I made yesterday. So as I can avoid having lame and bad experience again.

Maybe it's too strong for you. Maybe you were extra hungry and absorbed more kavalactones. Many possibilities lol. The symptoms you describe sound like an over dose but in this case you didn't over dose it was maybe too strong for you

Oh certainly,. Weirdly I had this one 3 weeks as I recall and it was reely nice. It's a blend so it might simply be fresher or mixed a bitt differently than other batches. Etc etc. But it's also just a good idea to double check. It's been my experience someone else may have a similler question or had a similler experience
So just lol I dunoo a good idea to ask ^_^

Ask away man. You sound like you over think. Do you have anxiety?

@Overthinking? Possible Dyslexia sometimes does that ^_^. l
@Anxiety it runs in the family. lol ironicly it's one reason me and a GP wanted to try Kava several months ago.
Question: Sometimes I take Methacarbimol for tech neck just till we get a second opinion from a specialist. Since some meds+Kava are a simply a bad idea. Do we know if those play nice in a good way?
Edit: Just quickly googled: That used to be sold as Robaxin till it was released as a generic.

I say throw that medicine in the trash. Plenty of information on the internet about natural remedies for things. You can literally type in Google natural cures for anxiety or whatever and run into a bunch of info.also anxiety can be caused by coffee. One of the most underestimated things out there

Oh blank! the possible side effects of that stuff! Not to unintionally turn this into a bash meds thread because I genuinly did want to just to double check....
On the other hand taking a nap much needed nap I suspect the when things go wrong list for Robnlix/Methacarbinol list is just bad though. per mubmed: "nauesea, bloating, depression and dependence being the most common' Translation: You might as well have a bprofene ocasionally because this stuff is terrible for you.
Edit lol when I say nap I mean as in a bit after some lunch and getting up and enjoying a sunset lit Tai Chi was glorius, and Mr Green bottle of 'Depression and Nausea can go back to Mr.Green Bottle land from whence it came whilst it cleans out of system. because I may litterally be better in the long run with simple streches, and yoga and brisk and a Walk (or skillet). That is compared to that stuff.

1 tablespoon in 2 cups of water twisted you up?! Did I read that right? I guess I'd say you could reduce your dose to a teaspoon and rejoice that this bag will last you all year.

That's the other reason I thought it'd be a good idea to double check, I may well be a bit of light weight for this bag. LOL not complaining their!
