So I mixed Nambawan and Fu'u at 1/8 cup each with three cups water and a teaspoon of olive oil and wow... Please tell me you have tried this! My body feels like its flying yet it's so smooth. Everything I look at has so much more depth and meaning, if that makes sence. I also am always in a constant state of anxiety and this mix just made it all wash away. Just got my Van3 in today and maybe I'll do a Nambawan, Fu'u, Van3 mix tomorro. This is great. Thanks Bula Kava House.
