Nausea

Is there any way to prevent/lessen nausea? I puked grog all over my family room last night just 5 minutes or so after I had it. If I never vomit through my nose again, it will be WAY too soon.

Eat more during the day. Use less powder to make your kava. Use more water. Drink more slowly. Swap up the type of kava you're drinking.
