@Edward - for me, that is about right. Although it is a blend of two nobels it is closer to a 426... like a melo melo. good for stress and anxiety relief

I think a pound of kava and an Aluball are becoming a pretty standard combination, I have yet to try your kava Steve, but's definitely on the to drink list.
