new member,using gaia capsules

new to kava kava, the good kind anyway. have tried small amts of other kinds. right now using gaia herbs liquid capsules n drinking frontier brand passionflower tea. havent taken more than 5 capsules so far. i have health problems n am somewhat afraid to, though people talk of taking many more. i havent had negative effects so far. anyone else here benefit from gaia herbs brand. also, i used to be prescribed opiate meds for years n cant take them anymore. as well as benzo meds.

to add, i definitely like the effects. right now theyve somewhat faded thru the dayn but its good stuff. i took three in the morning the past few days n another one later. i think they somewhat resmble opiates in how theres a warm n fuzzy, relaxed feeling. i also ate ginger root n took black seed oil, so this may have effected the mix.

I can't comment on the gaia caps but have read nothing but good things about them here for beginners to break thru reverse tolerance. Plan on getting some pure root from one of the vendors on here. The effects will be worth it, the taste, not so much but it grows on u!

I think they are the only brand of "pharmaceutical" kava extract that we have checked out. They seem like a standup company from @Deleted User 's dialogue with them. If I recall they do a co2 extraction of noble root. I use them on occasion when I need a break from work. Amazon has the best deal I've seen.

@cosmic sky I've used the Gaia Herbs phytocaps, and found them to be rather good. Expensive, but definitely a quality kava product.
