Hello everyone. I am new to the site. I was having panic attacks last November lasting weeks at a time primarily due to stress at work. At the time I did not know what was happening, but I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I did some looking around online and saw that kava can be used for anxiety. I purchased the Yogi tea and was using a few of those daily for the last few months and they seemed to help. I became more interested in kava the last few weeks and ordered some bulk and have been using the massage method in a muslin bag. I am mixing in some almond milk and surprisingly enjoying the flavor.
