Hey guys!
So glad to find a forum where I can ask questions and learn about this great stuff! I am a former heavy cannabis user that can no longer use due to random drug tests with my job. I was first introduced to kava from the yogi kava tea bags. I have moved on to Wakacon kava I can get off of Amazon. I have tried two of their varieties, with one (lenawa? Lighter colored one) having a much greater effect.
I make my kava with about 3.5 tablespoons of kava to 1.5 cups of milk and .25 cups of creamer for the taste. I knead for over 10 minutes then shoot it down. I try to take it on as empty of a stomach as possible. I make one dose at a time. I have seen that most of you think that warm liquid works best but I try to knead for longer to compensate . Any suggestions in my process?
I wanted to see what recommendations you guys have as to what I should try next. After reading some of what you guys post on here, I have come to realize that Amazon can't be the best place to buy this stuff. Thanks so much and I look forward to reading your kava knowledge!
