We are always trying to improve and diversify our kava lineup at BKH. We are proud to announce that within about a week we will be offering two new products. The first is an extra potent Fiji Waka, guaranteed to be very euphoric and fast acting. We sampled this kava at the kava bar for about a month and people loved it! This kava shipped from Fiji a couple days ago so barring any customs or FDA holdups it will be ready to go in no time. Price is yet to be determined but rest assured that you'll get what you've come to expect from us: A very high quality kava at a very reasonable price.

The other coming product is a kava sample pack. This product will include five 100 gram bags of some of our favorite varieties. Likely additions will be Borogu, Nambawan, Melo Melo, Koniak, and Waka. Obviously this will be a great choice for so many kava drinkers who like to try multiple varieties.

Awesome on bring in the Fiji Waka! How finely is it going to be ground (as long as it's not like powdered sugar a la Fu'u I'll be one happier customer)?

It will not be as fine as Fu'u. And regarding Fu'u, it is slightly more coarse now, and it has always been one of our best sellers. You gotta find a way to embrace and strain that powder so you can experience what makes it so popular.

I heard it was more coarse and am going to jump on some if I ever stop loving the Nambawan so much:)

I've love Fu'u very much, I just couldn't find any way to strain the old grind. If the new grind is good, I might as well hand over my credit card to you guys!

Fu'u is quite strainable using our Fijian Strainer bags. Just made some yesterday.

Still working on it. Formula is done but there's a lot that goes into bottling a commercial beverage.

Judd, what's the grind like on the Fiji Waka?

Edit: Found where you said it's not as fine as fu'u was. Would you say it's AS coarse as the new grind on the fu'u, or would you say it's coarser?

Slightly coarser than the new grind of Fu'u. Like Koniak.
