new to kava

Welcome to the forum @foxycleo. If those pills have any kava in them and assuming they don't make you sick and they come from a reliable source, you could use them to help you overcome Reverse Tolerance while you wait for the "good stuff".

I have been using them the last few days , the dose recommended is 1 tablet 3 times a day , which I tried but didn't seem to work , I find I have to take around 3/4 tablets in one go , to feel any kind of effect , the effect is slightly sleepy and quite chilled , nothing bad or no sickness , so I am looking forward to ordering the proper stuff for the full effects!

Oh yes just to let everyone know , I ordered for Kalm with Kava , paid and they told me they don't ship to the UK and refunded me my money!
