New type of kava this run!

So I have decided I'm going to order some of Kalm with Kava Fiji loa Waka this run I have heard good things also going to grab some Tongan to see if I can finally feel what people are describing as being Tonged.

Fiji Loa Waka is very strong--almost too strong for me--balanced effects leaning toward the heady side. (for me...your mileage may vary... objects in mirror may not exist)
Chemotype is 463251
so methysticin-y and yangonin-y--if that means anything to you--with DHK in 4th position... But the relative percent of kavain is quite high

My favorite from KWK is the Pouni Ono, though

Nice I actually need it kinda over the top. My dad is about 5 times worse then me as far as stress goes and he can't turn it off so we are going to see if a good strong shell o kava can turn his darn stress and brain off long enough to keep him from having a darn stroke lol

But seriously I enjoy the over the top feeling so no problem there for me.

Also when you mix up a gallon what ratio of kava to fluid do you use?

The general rule of thumb is 1/2 cup of kava root to ~2 cups of water dependent on how strong you like it. Just scale it up! The Loa Waka is a really excellent choice; you'll love it.
