I drank about 15 shells of Vula Waka yesterday (BIG Kavasseur shells) and fell asleep at around 7 PM. Woke up at 6:30 AM completely rested, no dreams all night. Bula to the Vula! I don't think I'll be drinking Kava today.

I've decided to quit snus after 2 years of experimenting with it. It was fun, but kind of pointless once tolerance sets in. Decided to reward myself with some Kava (which I have not done in 5 years). Hopefully Kalm with Kava was a good move

lol, I stopped lying to myself a few years ago. If I can't make it until fireworks on the 4th of July I sure as hell won't make it until midnight on NYE.
