Newbie...Hello !

Hello everyone!


Figured it was time i joined the forum. I'm pretty new to kava and thanks to you all my first kava purchase was BKH....i was looking at Kona but then found this forum and low and behold fell in love with boroguru and the instant. I just made my first KBR purchase (tudei and the new lightning).

I came to kava on the reccomendation of a friend who had had in in Vanuatu. I'm an opera singer and find that kava is a great tool for relaxation without dehydrating or leaving any hangover, it also helps me deal with pre show nerves

Thanks to you all for the great info i have found so far. I hope that i can contribute something at some point!

Dehydration will only become a problem if you drink lots and lots of kava and don't increase your overall water intake along with it. Other than that it's nowhere near as bad as ethanol is by miles.


We're glad you found the KL. BKH and KBR are both top notch vendors, can't go wrong with either one.
