I drank this Kave twice. once 20, once 25 g. The stimulating elements over relaxing effects prevailed. The fact was euphoria. however, I have problems with pressure and I felt bad after her. I had too much pressure. when someone has no pressure problems, this Kava can be very good. My rating is slightly biased
