Paradise Kava extract?

What's the general opinion of Paradise Kava's extract?  Strength, length of effect, right dosage, etc..

It's some good stuff for a quick fix or to have after a sesh. It is, however quite expensive. For a 10g sampler I believe I paid 20$ or so and you need at least 1g in my opinion for a dose. So it comes out to 2$ per dose which is a bit pricey for me. But the quality is fantastic. Completely numbs your mouth. They really went above and beyond with making this. It doesn't get you krunk, but it gives you peace and relaxation in a stressful situation.

Adil just came out with some extract that is a double strength - that stuff is great!  Just put a little under my tongue and I was set

Actually Double Strength is gone and we will not be making that since the recipe demands perfection and it's a fairly decent product, nothing extraordinary in my opinion. I do happen to be very picky however.



However, the new 2013 version is 25% stronger. It's simple the best we've ever made and we're proud of that one! 45-60 days till release.



Expensive, yes, but if you email relax at paradisekava dot com and say something nice to Raquel, I'm sure your compliments will get you a coupon of some sort. Doesn't hurt to try

Yet another chime in on the quality of PK extracts - not cheap but good stuff. Because of the cost they are good for 'emergency' or travel Kava. Although I will miss the double strength extract, the flavored ones are much tastier, I must say. This also brings up another good extract use: giving to first time kava users. Because of the good taste and mouth numbing effect they will probably enjoy/be interested by the experience and be interested to try other kava types. Steve's Kava candies are also good for this. As someone else said, kava candies are 'gateway kava' and I think the flavored extracts are too.

His flavored extracts have gotten me through some pretty long flights. I think these are A+

It's expensive but worth it if you got it. I'd have a 10 gram on me at all times if it were possible right now.

At least you can't get busted for posession w/ a tiny bottle of extract....despite how freakin good a couple of marble-sized balls dropped on an empty stomach can make you feel. Beats the %^#@ out of booze or weed IMO.

I actually don't have any problems with alcohol. I really enjoy drinking, actually. But some people don't know when to stop drinking and get violent. The thing I like about alcohol is that I can enjoy it even without the intent to be Intoxicated because I love the taste. But kava doesn't have the potential for abuse which is why it is so great, you can pretty much drink as much as you want and you won't get violent and start thinking dumb ideas are brilliant lol.
