Polarity of kavalactones?

Anyone know the polarity (if there is any at all) of kava lactones?

I believe that kavalactones are lipid soluble, so they're most likely nonpolar.

I kinda forget how it all works, but drinking alcohol I believe is non polar, and since kava is occasionally extracted by some people with alcohol, wouldn't that make it non polar as well? I could be completely wrong, though. So I thought I'd share and help confuse you more with that.
