Pouni ono kava

Hi I bought Pouni ono kava i drank it two days during de morning and in the afternoon. First day I was able to sleep well but the second day I wasnt able to fall asleep. What do you suggest? Should I only drink this kava early in the morning?

I meant the second day I was not able to sleep at night

It is more of a heady kava which can be stimulating. I would drink it earlier in the day, and drink a heavier kava at night.
