This is by far my favorite strain of kava. Its also a much better bargain to get directly from Kalm than from amazon. It relaxes me, makes me happy and talkative, and lets me sleep when I desire it. I've gone through about 3 lbs of it now, and have to say it is my preferred kava experience. I tend to like the tongan (sp?) types best. The flavor is and color is lighter than many other varieties. But the bubbles of happiness are great. A perfect evening for me tends to involve this kava with a finally of 3 tbs of kava king instant to put me into dream land. Most kavas are enjoyable for me. Im highly sensitive to the stimulating ones though, which will keep me up all night, and have chronic insomnia. But this one is by far the one that makes me the most jovial and care free. I need to discuss wholesale rates the its maker. And its certified True Kava. I have now tried the bulk of the powdered internet suppliers out there and their varieties. Papa Kea most reminds me of the fun side of beer. But This one is just great for a more relaxed social atmosphere.
