Although dosaging instructions indicated 1/4 teaspoon, I erred on the side of caution due to already feeling horrible from the Benzodiazapine withdrawals I was experiencing. Within what seemed like less than a minute, I became unstuck by the dreadful anxiety keeping me from leaving my house. My headache disapeared, and a warm sense of safety washed over me. I took another 1/8 teaspoon and thanked the Gods for this amazing root. I dosed the same amount 2 more times around 4 hours later. I was able to go out and have dinner with family. It did not make me feel like I was under the influence of anything, just normal again. Also, I rated the taste as average only because it was not peppery at all. This preparation is sweet and lemony like candy!
