Questions on Kava combinations interactions and extra-potentiators

My relationsship with kava started in about 12-13 years ago when I started looking for herbs to help my wife and I reduce our cannabis consumption, not because we use too much but because it costs so god damned much. I tried many herbs back then but Kava was the one that really impressed me. The problem, not really a problem because it ended up making me feel so nice (smiley: eek), was simply that Kava and Cannabis are so incredibly nice together and potentiate one another in an extremely powerful way. I thought I would start this thread to discuss what people's impressions are of other herbs and how they interact with our dear friend 'Awa.I recently tried a K@ product that I really did enjoy. I know this herb has issues, it can be addictive and can interact badly with caffine and certainly alcohol (though I react badly to alcohol all by myself, not to mention reacting badly to drunk persons in general) but I really liked the extra euphoric energetic reaction I got from the two. What herbs have you used that worked well or not so good with your 'Awa? Also since my interest I have looked online for reputable decent priced K@ online and have been overwhelmed with the number of sites there seem to be. If any of you know which ones are trustworthy I'd appreciate a private message, don't know if it's appropriate for this forum or thread do discuss this.Other herbs kava has worked well with for me include Salvia Divinorum (intense), passionflower and tagetes lucida.

I know some here have tried kava with yerba mate. I have not personally because I don't drink kava for social benefits, but I do think it could synergize well with a more emotionally uplifting kava.

Would seem to be against the point with a high DHK kava though.

you might want to try kanna with kava, i havent tried it yet but krunkedout is trying it out. Kana is a known potentiator of other herbs. and it looks like it has absolutely no side effects (from what info i can find.) they are about to start marketing it as a herbal supplement in stores for anxiety.
