@Kalm with Kava I talked to my local USPS this afternoon. Cindy says the package is already on its way back to the sender. Well, that was fun huh? Lol. She told me that if you don't open the package when it gets there and write on the front "GOOD AS ADDRESSED" then you can re-send it without having to add additional postage? Whatever that means. I don't know. I'm really upset at them right now and their level of service is really poor. I ordered a new product from you on Amazon since their delivery system seems to be much more competent. I've never had an issue receiving anything I've purchased on Amazon, so hopefully come Wednesday I'll be a little less stressed out.
I think my husband would just rather get a refund for the $15 2oz micro that we had purchased. It would be easier that way than going through all of this runaround. Let me know if that is possible, @Kalm with Kava.
