Roots and Leaves Casa de Kava is a great place just off the plaza in Santa Fe. They serve only Tongan kava.

It's always a good sign when the kava shop knows the origin of it's kava!
So many places out there just looking to cash in on the kava kraze with cheap buckets of low-end "kava tea".
