Sis's Dog drank the Kava

Sis: "NO! NO! Go sit in yer bed!" Oie! Naughty dog!

Mom: Give him a dog Benadryl.
Me: I could give him some Kava...
Sis: Yeah give him kava! Anything to mellow him out!

I just thought I'd post this little experiment.  It's actually working. He's 100 times more manageable. I gave him the recommended amount for his body weight and let him run loose around the house. He went from zippin through the house like a mad-man to curiously trotting to and fro.(smiley: laugh)

There must be something to it because as far as I'm concerned it worked on this dog. Normally I can't stand the thing and just let my sister deal with him since he's her dog anyways.

I call this a successful test since I didn't have to say no like a machine gun or drag him away from things he wasn't suppose to be in. (Clap)

Was it mixed with coconut water, milk, etc? My dog turns up his nose at kava prepared with water.

We tricked him into drinking it by dropping some of his kibble in it. He had to drink the kava to get to the kibble.
