Solomon Island Kava anywhere or anytime soon?

My first kava experience was with N@H Solomon Island kava.  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find this again anywhere.  Does anyone know if it will be in stock anywhere again anytime soon?  N@H claimed that it became too expensive to sell, but I hope that situation changes as soon as possible.  I've found some great kavas since then, but nothing has been quite the same for me.

I have been wondering if this Kava would be coming back as well. Really want to give it a try because of all the great reviews, but the N@H site offers no clues =(.



As far as I know Kava By Rex Vanuatu3 Limited edition is apparently like solomon island x4, being high kavain, so that could be a good replacement since it looks like N@H has no plans to restock. The downside is that Kava By Rex is out of that Kava as well and is currently restocking "soon".



It appears all the high Kavain stuff is being swept up quick.

Fu'u from Bula Kava House is described to be very Euphoric so I would suspect that it is also high in Kavain and another good prospect, you could give that a try.

You said that you've tried some other kavas since Solomon Island is any of the ones you tried the ones stated above? I'd love to hear your take on them as I want to give them both a try myself.

Fu'u's chemotype is 465213. Meaning that kavain is the kavalactone in the highest concentration. The effects come on quick and give a nice "floaty feeling" people at the kava bar like it a lot.

Hmm, that's close to the reported chemotype that I've seen of Solomon Island kava, and I might give that a try next. Lately, I have been enjoying tudei/isa kavas quite a bit.

Does your Fu'u kava taste like Tongan kava usually tastes? I got off to a bad start with N@H's white Tongan Kava and its paint-like taste. Now, it seems, all Tongan kava that I try has that taste, even if it isn't quite as strong of a flavor.

I usually drink Wow!, but switched it up tonight with Isa/Tudei.  Very pleasantly surprised. I dare say I like Isa/Tudei better than Wow! (heresy, I know).
I soooo miss Solomon...man, it would be so great if a kava seller could get that back for us.
I am definitely going to try Fu'u.  Think I will order some right now!

I just ordered a half K of Fu'u and got to try it out last night.  First off though, I ordered it Tuesday night and got it Thursday morning.  That has to be the fastest moving Kava I have ever purchased!

As for the kava, great stuff.  Nice head buzz without neausea.  Very tasty, it's been a while since I've had a Tongan variety and it brought back a bunch of pleasant memories. 

Definitely not as sedating as other kavas, I was wide awake after having several cups of the stuff.  But my head was definitely pleasantly floaty.  Almost separated from the rest of my body. 

My favorite part was zero neausea.  Great kava, really enjoyed it.
