It seems like a lot of you guys use this stuff so I wanted to get some. I was a little bit startled, however, by the range in prices, types, quantities. So I figured I'd just ask and see what you all do. So here are some of my questions on the stuff, though I'll take any instruction you'd be willing to offer...
How do you use it? (Are you adding like 1 tbsp to a shell or to a whole batch, or what?... and right before drinking or while you're mixing?)
What kind are you using? (Granules, powder, other... what should I use?)
What/where do you buy? (Links would be awesome, I would rather not buy cheap and later find out I just bought a bag full of baby powder.)
... and anything else you can say on it would be great.

When I used to use it I would put 1/4th of a tsp into a cup of water and warm it up just a little in the microwave. I'd stir that until it started to dissolve and cool down then make kava with it.I either added that 1 cup to another cup of water or just used that 1 cup of water, depends on your preferred ratio.  I used the granules sold by Nakamal at Home.

I got Country Life - Super Strgth Lecithin Granules, 16 oz granules for $11.39 from Amazon and it's a big-ass bottle that could be a lifetime supply. I use 3 grams in a batch which is about 1 tsp, it doesn't take a huge effort to dissolve it I just use part warm water and part coconut water and it dissolves just fine. 16 oz should be about 453 grams that's enough for 151 batches.
