One of the first things I noticed with this kava was that it was very light, in smell, color, and flavor. This is the most chuggable kava i've ever had. The flavor isn't just pleasant, it's nearly non-existent. I know this is music to many people's ears though . It may not be the strongest, but that's to be expected with lawena. You do need to use some extra root for each shell. The price makes this not too big of a deal though. Incredibly smooth kava with no side effects.

I went back and upped the heady and antianxiety effects to 4/5 becuase im getting better results now that ive had more experience with it. Im satisfied and would recommend this one
