Strange reaction

The last couple times I've drunk some kava (not even a lot, like less than 20 g), I've had this kind of unusual side effect of really cold feet, a little off in the chest, mildly twitchy (I think from feeling cold). It's Stone from N@H, so it's nothing weird or anything I've never had before. It's just bizarre. Any thoughts?

Edit: And elevated blood pressure.
