stressful wurl-feeling from kava?

Lately, about an hour after the KAVAupheria, I've had a strange, stressful wurl feeling... do you know that too? What to do about it?

Do you mean nausea? Or perhaps like a mild case of "the spins" from alcohol?
I sometimes can also get a sort of anxious or tight feeling in my chest.

For me that can generally mean i've had a little too much, I haven't eaten all day or I haven't eaten soon enough after kava.

I would try spacing the shells out a little more and making adjustments to your dosing.

I don't know how you drink Kava so it's difficult to say what's going on. Different cultivars and chemotypes make a difference too, and I'm sure you know the difference between heavy and heady.
