Just wanted to stop by, and give praise to Gourmet Hawaiian Kava!
A couple weeks ago, I decided to pick up some medium-grind kava from GHK this time around. In the past, it was always the instant varieties. In fact, that's part of why I'm here.
GHK's website is so handy; it saves your cart from months ago, and I forgot this. When I added the medium-grind to my cart, I immediately placed the order, and then gawked at the price tag for the total order. I'd carelessly sped through the check-out process, not realizing the instant kavas from before were still there.
I panicked, and immediately reach out to Chris in whatever way I could. He responded within the next half a day, and offered to cancel the items I did not want from my order, crediting my account!
The order arrived within a week, AND included a free 50g bag of instant!
