Kava Preparation Thousand islands OR balsamic and olive oil?

While I imagine most on this forum like to drink their Kava fresh-squeezed from a coconut(or four) in some far off tropical paradise, what, in theory are some practical ways which someone living in the city who needs only very little amounts several times a day, every day may use the herb, avoiding higher temperatures and the hypothesized danger of ethanol or acetone? I have a list of some brainstorming I've done lately. Please share if you've tried any of these, suggest any others you may have, as well as share any scientific/herbalogy/technical knowledge you may have on the matter:
ultrasonic extraction
Co2
cold press
infusion in oil and/or honey and/or vinegar
sprinkled in Bubble gum and chewed(it turns out someone else had thought of this) 'til dry
poured into ice cubes(I saw a photo of this on forum) weekly, and used each per day
