Tip for potenating kava (already well known but I hadent tried it yet)

I was thinking about soy lecithin. Most of the reason its there is cause it has fat it in, allow kavalactones to attach themselves onto it pretty nicely. But also if you have had it spill (probably all of us at least once), you notice it is VERY oily. Tonight I brewed up my normal kava, but added vegetable oil ( 1 TBS). Now, the taste of it will be off and it will taste much much stronger, but the effects are too. I had never tried it untill tonight and just thought id share. The kava is 5 tbs stone, 3 paradisekava awa. Just thought id share to help others out. BULA!

Just a heads up, I really wouldent recommend this. It makes it stronger but irritates the stomach way too much. But hey maybe some people will like it, It just wasent my thing
